Faculty Specific or Additional Software Application Form for Central Student IT Laboratory (SITL) areas

  • All requests for additional/new software must use this form and be via your Faculty/Departmental Software Co-ordinator as ISD will be processing requests in conjunction with him /her.
  • The software must run under Windows 64-bit or a current version of OSX.
  • The software will be subject to ISD assessment for compatibility with existing software profiles, our remote deployment technologies and University licensing regulations
  • Licenses must not require individual manual registration /activation activity
  • A full evidence pack of licence detail is required before software is deployed
  • ISD cut-off points for applications are on the last working days of April for Semester 1 and October for Semester 2 to facilitate deployment and scheduling

In the first instance all applications are submitted to the Information Services Service Desk. You can expect an acknowledgement of receipt as soon as the form has been received and an email will be sent when your licence details have been received/verified.
